Dr. Gopalendu Pal is a senior business and product strategy & operations leader with 15+ years of professional experience in industry and academia combined. From being lecturer at a reputed university to founding multiple startups and currently in the senior leadership team of a Fortune 100 global company, Dr. Pal is passionate about building and leading high-performance teams and delivering innovative state-of-the-art products, processes, and solutions to complex problems that create high impact in the world. He is author of more than 30 peer reviewed articles in international journals and book chapters. Dr. Pal holds board of director and advisory board positions in many firms and acts as startup mentor in globally reputed startup accelerator programs.

In his spare time, Dr. Gopal enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing music, and, building and racing cars. He is also at work on a book of essays about organizational theory and leadership.
